NASA Tests Orion Capsule Parachute at Yuma Proving Ground

The Orion project is planned to take humans to Mars but before that can happen, NASA wants to send astronauts to the moon for the first time in decades. The most expensive part of doing business in outer space is getting there. The private space flight company SpaceX thinks it can change all that, and it's about to face a big test of its technology.

MacArthur Park is in the middle of Los Angeles, near downtown. At the center of the park is a small lake, and it's not most people's idea of a picturesque fishing spot.
