Tribe Strives to Revive Quechan Language

The BBC reports 25 world languages die each year.  With an estimated number of less than 100 fluent native Quechan speakers, the language of the tribe whose reservation sits on the southern portion of the Arizona-California border is in danger of extinction.  Tribal members are determined to reverse this trend.  KAWC's Michelle Faust reports.
